ORDERS

Orders will always be made in writing, via e-mail to requests@ilumax.es or via fax 93 473 03 18. Orders received after 17:00 will be handled the next business day.

Transport

Freight paid on the Peninsula for orders over € 400. For orders of lesser amount, an additional charge of € 10 will be applied for shipping. Shipping paid to the Balearic Islands if the order exceeds € 1,000. For smaller orders, consult. Postage to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla consult. Urgent transport charges consult.

Delivery times

Prices

VAT not included in the prices. INCIDENCES

Any claim or incident must be communicated by e-mail to postventa@ilumax.es . Any discrepancy regarding the quantities of merchandise supplied must be notified within a maximum period of 3 business days from receipt of the same. The customer has the obligation to examine the merchandise at the time of delivery, not to repair the delivery note of the transport agency, it will be understood that it is in accordance. RETURNS
